Since I first saw Martha Stewart's sprinkler party years and years ago {when I only had two kids}, I was determined that if I ever had another baby, I would have a spring or summer birth so I could have the sprinkler party. Yep, I'm slightly crazy like that. Let's just say that the twins' March birthday was well planned.
It turns out that March, even in Texas, can be a little too chilly and unpredictable for a sprinkler party. September, however, is just about perfect. Hello Tate.
For me, the real clincher for the sprinkler party has always been the towel favors. I just love them. A fabric fish sewn on to a towel and filled with goodies ... how could you not love that?
Tate's birthday party is coming up in a week or so and this week I sat down at the sewing machine and made the towels.
They coordinate with the party colors {lime green, turquoise, and purple} ...
... and they'll be filled with goodies that fit the theme of Drips and Drops {which translates to ice cream and sprinklers}.
I love them. And I'm so glad I finally get to have my Martha Stewart sprinkler party!

Super cute! I cannot wait to see the party! Don't you love how things we see make us think... hmm I want a summer baby or spring baby? LOL!
