How to Make an Easter Basket {plus a Bunny Buffet}

This blog post is sponsored by Learning Express in Snider Plaza, Dallas, Texas.  I hope you'll pop over to the Learning Express website, like them on facebook, and head to the store for their Bunny Buffet {see below}!

Easter is right around the corner and today I'm going to show you how to make a super cute {and very simple} Easter basket!  This basket is so quick to make that it would also be perfect for Easter-themed party favors ... you would whip up a pile of them in no time!

I started with a plain $1 pink pail that I bought at Party City.  I used my Silhouette to cut white ovals for ears and stuck smaller pink ovals in the middle {the ovals are cut from pink vinyl}.

I also cut a small triangle from pink vinyl and stuck it on the pail.  I deliberately gave the bunny a little lopsided nose to make him look a bit whimsical.

I drew the rest of the face on with a Sharpie ...

So simple and so cute, huh?  All you have to do is fill it up and you're all set for Easter morning.
