Easter is right around the corner and today I'm going to show you how to make a super cute {and very simple} Easter basket! This basket is so quick to make that it would also be perfect for Easter-themed party favors ... you would whip up a pile of them in no time!
I started with a plain $1 pink pail that I bought at Party City. I used my Silhouette to cut white ovals for ears and stuck smaller pink ovals in the middle {the ovals are cut from pink vinyl}.
I also cut a small triangle from pink vinyl and stuck it on the pail. I deliberately gave the bunny a little lopsided nose to make him look a bit whimsical.
I drew the rest of the face on with a Sharpie ...
... hot glued the ears to the back of the basket ...
... and added a little pom-pom tail.
So simple and so cute, huh? All you have to do is fill it up and you're all set for Easter morning.
Would you rather not make your own basket? Pop over to Learning Express at Snider Plaza for their Bunny Buffet. Fill up a basket with $25 worth of toys and the great folks at Learning Express will personalize the basket for you.
