A while back I asked the facebook gang for some painting tips and one tip that stood out was a resounding endorsement for Purdy brushes. I had never used Purdy products before because, well, I'm cheap. But while painting my hallway, I had the chance to review some Purdy brushes and rollers as well. Score!
I used Purdy angled brushes to cut in all my edges and corners and I applied the rest of the paint with a Purdy roller {you can see the tools I used in the photo above}.
The thing I noticed most about the Purdy products {besides the completely comfortable handle on the roller!} was that they lasted so much better than other brushes and rollers I've used. The bristles on the brushes didn't get mucked up and bent all out of place. When I finished the job, the brush looked just as it had when I started.

Love the picture of Luke's boots. That is so sweet!
ReplyDeleteSometimes it's so worth spending a bit more money on tools. Anything to relieve the frustration from an already time consuming project.
