A couple of weeks ago I shared party favors from an early-blogging-days party. This week I wanted to share some of my favorite details from another party.
When Kennedy turned nine, she had a Polka Dot Party. I wrote a blog post about it but just shared some photos in a collage. I thought it would be fun to look back at a few of my favorite details from that party.
I used our {wrinkled} Twister mat as a table runner and cut the napkins into circles with a polka dot sticker on each.

The placecards were lollipops stuck into gumdrops with a name tag attached. I might recycle this idea for the kids' table this Thanksgiving.

One of my favorite details: a button candy garland hanging from the chandelier.
The goodie bags were made from silver bubble wrap envelopes {found at an office supply store} and filled with round and polka dot items, including pencils with round chocolate toppers.
We even carried the polka dot theme into the food and served Dippin' Dots with the cake.
I love polka dots. Have you seen any great polka dot inspiration lately?

Love the button candy garland, so smart!
