When I was first married, I made microwave Teriyaki Potatoes all the time. It was an easy microwave recipe, perfect for a novice in the kitchen. I made it again the other day and we all loved it so I had to share it here.
I increase almost every ingredient in the recipe so feel free to use a liberal hand. The results will be delicious no matter what.
Teriyaki Potatoes
1 1/2 pounds new potatoes {about 10 tiny or 5 medium}
1 tablespoon butter, cut into pieces
5 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
dash black pepper
Cut the potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Place in a microwave safe casserole. Add butter, teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Cover. Cook {on High} for 12-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring twice during cooking.
Bon Appetit!

Looks good and I love that it is easy.
