A couple or few weeks ago I told you I'd share my recipe for grilled tortilla pizzas. This pizza came from a friend of mine and it's a favorite at our house. The only downfall is that it takes a lot of time to grill enough pizzas to feed our big family {plan on at least two tortilla pizzas per person}!
To make these pizzas, grill a pile of chicken and shred it. I season it simply with salt and pepper and some garlic powder then throw it on the grill. Chop up a pile of fresh basil.
Grill tortillas, one side only, until they're slightly crispy with grill lines on them.
Spread the grilled side of the tortilla with Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Creme {if you don't know what I'm talking about, click here} and add the cooked chicken, chopped basil, and mozzarella cheese.
Grill for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
These are so yummy! You'll have to let me know if you try them.
