I was really excited to be the recipient of a cake pan giveaway recently. Luke and Lila's kindergarten teacher had a friend that was unloading her old cake pans and Ms. Wright asked me if I wanted them. Yes, please!
I'm looking forward to making some fun cakes with the pans but I also love the idea of using the pans for other things. They'd be fun used as serving bowls at a themed party, filled with chips or pretzels. Maybe I'll use them as molds for an ice sculpture. Or as a giant Jello mold.
