Family Gaming Night #CBias #CouchCritics

After seeing the advanced screening of Madagascar 3 last week, we've been in Madagascar 3 mode.

We decided to hit our local Redbox and rent the Madagascar 3 game for the Wii and have a little family gaming fun.  It sounded like a great summer activity to keep the kids amused.

  {Did you know you can follow Redbox on twitter and facebook?}

My gamers were all happy to have a new game in the house and they spent hours playing.  The Madagascar 3 Wii game is a lot of fun.  It contains all the favorite Madagascar characters including those meddling penguins.  You'll be able to read a full review on the Couch Critics website.

When the kids were all gamed out {or more accurately, when I made them take a break}, we did a bit of crafting.  We pulled out the Elmer's supplies and the kids made animal masks out of paper plates.  My little guys love creating so this was a really fun and simple way to end our family game night.  The kids each picked a character from the Madagascar 3 game and created a look-alike mask.  They did such a great job!

Tate refused to model the zebra mask Kennedy made for her ...

... but the twins loved their masks!  I'm sure we'll see these little lions a lot this summer.
