I can't believe I've never shared this recipe with you. It's one of my absolute favorites. It's so quick and easy to prepare, perfect for entertaining, and everyone I've served it to loves it. If I'm making this for my family, I just do one package of pork tenderloin {which has two tenderloins in it} ... this platter was serving a pile of people.
Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
1/2 cup soy sauce1/4 cup olive oil4 teaspoons brown sugar2 teaspoons ground ginger1 teaspoon pepper2 garlic cloves, minced2-4 pork tenderloins
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for four hours, turning occasionally.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill the tenderloins, covered, until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
Slice and serve.

This sounds delicious, Randi! We do a similar marinade on steak that is always a hit so I can't wait to try this one.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
What do you mean by covered? Do you do them on the BBQ? and put foil over them? or just with the lid on?
ReplyDeleteLove your recipes. I am terrible at BBQing so say a prayer for me. May this be the dish I DON'T burn! :)
ReplyDeleteWe love grilling pork tenderloin and I don't have a teriyaki recipe. Thanks! Pinning it now... :)
ReplyDeleteSounds delicious! I'm pinning this for later!
