It's time for this month's cookie. My kids have fully embraced our new Cookie of the Month tradition and start asking me about it at the start of each new month. I love it too ... it's fun having warm cookies waiting for them when they get home from school. Very June Cleaver.
This month I made Rolo-Stuffed Chocolate Cookies. I came across the recipe at Little Bit Funky and immediately pinned it on my cookie board.
It's a super easy recipe ... unwrapping the Rolo's was the most time consuming part of it!
To make: mix one box of Devil's Food cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/3 cup oil.
Grab a small bit of cookie dough {ping pong ball size} and wrap it around a Rolo. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
Easy, huh? And delicious. Let me know if you try them!
