The Canadian Cousins

The last two weeks have been busy and fun.  The Canadian Cousins came down for a visit!

These are the Canadian Cousins: my brother, Jim, his wife, Andrea, and their kids, Maddie, Sam, and Anna.  Man, I love these guys.

It was so great having our whole family together!  We haven't all been together since I was pregnant with the twins.  Way too long.

I loved that my parents got to have all their grandchildren together.  It must be awesome to look around the room and see all these kids that are only there because once upon a time, two people fell in love.  What a legacy.

Jim and Andrea stayed at my parent's house {a block away from us} and all the kids stayed at my house.  I'm so glad my kids had this time with their cousins ... I loved being with them too.  They're such great kids.

Saying goodbye this morning stunk.  I sure hope we're all back together again soon.

  1. I LOVE the family photos! That is so wonderful you could have all the kids together! Makes me a bit teary saying you had to say goodbye. That Maddie (older one) looks like such a sweetheart!

Is that Elijah on your dad's shoulders?!! Looks like your dad could still kick some butts! Go Mike!

  6. That's awesome!! Love the photos ~ even though I don't see most of my cousins regularly, my memories of growing up and visits with them are some of my most cherished. TFS!
