With Halloween right around the corner, I decided to make something fun for Tate. I whipped up a little mask ... and I'll soon be making more since the twins are asking for some as well.
I used a sheet of zebra print duct tape, regular pink duct tape {sent by Duck Brand when they sent me this package}, and pink elastic bought through Pick Your Plum.
I cut a rectangle shape from the zebra print and backed it with strips of pink ...
... then folded it in half and cut out my shape using a little template I drew.
I intended to make this a no-sew project and attached the elastic on the inside of the mask with pieces of duct tape but ended up sewing a few stitches through the elastic to ensure it'll stay in place. Little hands are rarely gentle with dress up items.
This little munchkin loves her mask and had fun scaring all her family members. What a monkey!

That is so great! I love your ideas.
