Our final internet-inspired costume this year came from Lilliedale. Kennedy loved this book fairy costume as soon as she saw it. Merrilee has a great tutorial and we followed it exactly. This is such a fun costume and we made it from one old dictionary found at Half Price Books.
Kennedy didn't dress up for our neighborhood festival but she's planning to wear it on Halloween night when we take the little ones trick or treating. She'll be the cutest book fairy on the block.
If you didn't see the other costumes posted this week, be sure to check out Tate as a gumball machine, Luke as Lego Man, and Lila as an American Girl.

I love this! Really fabulous ideas.
ReplyDeleteYay! I love it! I hope the tutorial was easy enough to follow. She is an adorable book fairy and I am hoping to see a whole army or in our case encyclopedia set out there this year! ~Hugs, Merrilee
