We all needed a cold, happy pick-me-up this morning, and this Frozen Hot Chocolate hit the spot.
Frozen Hot Chocolate
6 ounce chocolate bar
2 teaspoons hot chocolate mix
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
Melt the chocolate bar (I melted it in the microwave). Stir in the hot chocolate mix and sugar. Stir in 1/2 cup of milk. Put mixture in the blender and add the remaining cup of milk. Blend with 3 cups of ice. Garnish with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, or a chunk of leftover chocolate (the lazy way to garnish).
